There is no formal 'approval' regime — each department publishes guidelines and the school is responsible for compliance. Will it pass our IT compliance review?
We provide ISO 27001 attestation, SOC 2 Type II reports, an Australian-region data residency statement, and a completed Privacy Impact Assessment template. Most school IT compliance reviews are completed in 2–3 weeks; tertiary reviews take 4–8 weeks.
Can students 'jailbreak' the safety filters?
Students will try. Our system prompt design has been tested against 200+ jailbreak prompts collected from teen Reddit and Discord communities. The GPT cannot be talked out of its safety constraints. If a student does manage to elicit unsafe content, it's logged and the school's DSO is notified.
How does it integrate with Compass, Sentral, or Edsby?
Read-only API integrations are available for all three. We pull student records (with student-data anonymisation in the bot's context), parent contact info, and school calendar data. Write-back into the SIS is not enabled by default — too much risk of data integrity issues.
